Performance

Sports performance training improves your fitness level and your ability to perform a given sport. At Performance Sport & Spine, we work with professional athletes who are training for world competitions. We also work with local athletes whose goal is to enhance their strength, power, speed and agility to compete at a higher level.

The PSS Performance mission is to reset and maintain the standard of sports performance by utilizing research-based training techniques to deliver the best individualized, results-driven sports performance program.                            

We also provide advice and instruction regarding nutrition, mental and psychological training and accountability. These practices, when combined, make for a sports training program that will help any athlete rise to the top of their game.
